How we use your details in the Money Model Check
Last updated 19 October 2026
Who we are
The Money Model Check is run by Online Web Presence, an IT and AI consultancy in Hertfordshire run by Ken Ochiabuto. We decide how your information is used. Contact us at hello@onlinewebpresence.net.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and business name.
- Any website or social links you give us, and the publicly available text on those pages.
- Your answers to the questions, any notes you add, and the report written for you.
- A one-way scrambled version of your internet address, used only to stop the tool being misused. We cannot turn it back into your address.
Why we use it
- To write your report. This is the service you asked for.
- To follow up about your report. We may email you once or twice about your results. This is in our legitimate interest, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
- To send occasional tips and offers, only if you ticked the box to agree. You can withdraw that at any time.
- To keep the tool working fairly, including limiting how many reports one person can run each day.
Who handles it for us
- Anthropic provides the Claude AI model that writes your report. Your answers and the website text are sent to it for that purpose.
- Supabase stores your details and report in a database hosted in London.
- Vercel hosts this website.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details and report for up to 24 months after you use the check, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our client terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@onlinewebpresence.net and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
About the report
Your report is written by AI from your answers. Numbers marked with a dagger (†) are assumptions, not facts about your business. Treat the report as ideas to consider, not financial, legal or tax advice.
